We are pleased to invite you to a workshop as part of the project WomenFlourish@Work: Research Culture Enrichment for Women at Work (2024–25), funded by the Flourish@Durhamprogramme and led by Dr Nelly Bencomo (PI) and Prof Barbara Bechter (Co-I).

📍 Venue: VisLab Room (MCS1022) in the building of Mathematics and Computer Science.
This workshop continues the collaborative efforts of the IAA weDecide project and brings together researchers, clinicians, and colleagues across disciplines to explore how menopause impacts women at work—and how our research culture can evolve to better support them.
Our aim is to foster dialogue, share emerging findings, and co-develop strategies for further collaboration, policy impact, and inclusive practices.
